This peaceful creekside campsite holds a special place in our hearts as our very first HipCamp stay. Surrounded by towering pine trees and plenty of well-spaced trees for hammocks, it offered the kind of silence and solitude we are always searching for.
The evenings came alive with an incredible chorus of frogs. As darkness settled in, we also heard owls calling through the woods and coyotes in the distance. With abundant hammock options, beautiful forest scenery, and almost no man-made noise, this campsite was the perfect introduction to HipCamp and the beginning of many adventures to come.
